  • Patrick Cullen, P.Eng., PE – Co-founder

    Patrick is a civil engineer specializing in deep foundations, geotechnical instrumentation, and embankment monitoring across Canada and the U.S. A Carleton University graduate in Civil Engineering with a Management Concentration, he brings extensive experience in design, inspection, testing, and analysis for highway transportation, oil & gas, and building construction. Committed to safety and client service, he ensures excellence both on-site and in the office.

  • David Fitzgerald, P.Eng., ing. – Co-founder

    David is a deep foundation specialist with extensive experience in inspection, testing, and analysis across Canada and the U.S. A Carleton University Civil Engineering graduate, he has contributed to hundreds of projects, specializing in pile testing methods such as PDA, CSL, SQUID, TIP, BIT, SHAPE, and Static Load Testing. His expertise in data analysis and problem-solving ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective foundation construction.

  • Shawn Ferguson, P.Eng., PMP – Vice President 

    Shawn brings extensive experience in geotechnical drilling, investigation, and instrumentation for highways, bridges, excavations, and tunnels across Ontario. Known for his innovative fieldwork approach, he ensures seamless operations alongside active construction while effectively communicating key insights to stakeholders.

    Greg Baker is a geotechnical engineer with over 15 years of experience specializing in instrumentation, slope stability analysis, and soil improvement. He has extensive expertise in advanced data collection, monitoring networks across multiple equipment manufacturers, and real-time web-based systems like LoggerNet and Vista Data Vision.

  • Mike Connolly, B.Sc., P.Geo

    Mile Connolly is a Senior Project Manager with 30 years of experience in environmental and civil projects. He specializes in large-scale Environmental Site Assessments, remediation of complex contaminants, and hazardous material surveys. His expertise also includes managing demolitions, remediation, road construction, and infrastructure projects.
